St Johns County is adjacent to Duval County. St Johns is just south of the Jacksonville city limits. St Johns County is easily accessible from Jacksonville via I-95, US 1, and SR 13. St Johns County is easily accesssible from Jacksonville Beach via A1A.
For the past few years St Johns County has been a hot spot for builder development. New and newer homes are abundant in this oceanfront county. Many of the developments have resort-style amenity centers.
