 Northwest St Johns county is one of the hottest areas in the Jacksonville metro area.  This area of St Johns County is much more a part of Jacksonville than St. Augustine, although some of the homes have the St. Augustine postal address.  The Northwest section of Saint Johns is a relatively new area with great homes, great schools and terrific neighborhood amenities.  As Jacksonville grew and expanded, it crossed over the St Johns County line.  While this area is not in the Jacksonville City limits, you would hardly be able to detect this.

Northwest St Johns county has many new and newer homes.  It is a great location for commuters, an easy drive into Jacksonville.  There are two zip codes in the northwest section. 

 Their are two northwestern St Johns County zip codes 32259 and 32092.  The zip code of 32259 includes, Fruit Cove, Julington Creek, and the newly named postal address of St. Johns.  The cutoff for the 32259 zip code is on the northern side of CR 210. The World Golf Village area, and the southern side of CR 210 have the 32092 zip code.
