Stephanie is a licensed real estate agent serving both sellers and buyers with Keller Williams in the Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, and St. Augustine areas of Northeast Florida.
Stephanie graduated from college with a BBA in accounting and quickly obtained her Certified Public Accountant designation. Stephanie spent six years as a CPA, working with large international professional services firms specializing in tax consulting before transitioning totally into real estate.
Stephanie's professional background is evident in the way she works and the way she deals with her clients and customers. Stephanie remains a CPA and is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist as well as an Accredited Buyer Representative. She is also an ePro, certified in internet professionalism. Stephanie has also served as a Team Leader, managing the agents in a Keller Williams real estate office. Stephanie started real estate in the Northern Virginia area in 2002 by working for Re/Max before falling in love with Keller Williams. Stephanie came to Keller Williams in 2004 when she joined the Reston, Virginia office. Stephanie then subsequently moved back to the Jacksonville area in the summer of 2004 and came immediately to Keller Williams.

Jay graduated from Virginia Tech with a dual degree in accounting and finance. Jay began his tax consulting career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Washington, DC. After leaving public accounting, Jay ran a successful private company in the DC area.
Jay puts his high level of financial expertise to work for his clients and customers in every transaction. Jay, who is also fluent in Korean, specializes in helping sellers and investors in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine area.
Jay is an avid "Hokie" and loves spending time with his three kids.
