Two Saint Johns County schools made Newsweek's list of America's Top Public High Schools.  Both Nease which serves the Ponte Vedra area and Bartram Trail which serves the northwestern portion of the county made this list in 2007.

Ponte Vedra Beach experienced a major rezoning in the 2008-2009 school year.  You should use these references as a guideline, but be aware that the school system can not guarantee that the current zoning will remain in effect for any period of time. 

 The Ponte Vedra and Ponte Vedra Beach area has experienced a large amount of growth and continues to do so.  This will require zoning changes to be implemented periodically as growth occurs.  The southern end of South Ponte Vedra Beach attends St Augustine area schools instead of Northern St Johns County schools.
