Kensington is a community of new and newer homes located between Jacksonville FL and St Augustine FL on US 1. The Kensington community is located just north of the International Golf Parkway and US 1 intersection on the east side of the road. The Kensington subdivision is not a CDD community. The community borders the Palencia community which lies just to the south.
Several builders participated in the development of Kensington real estate providing a variety of floor plans and choices. The community has a nice pool for the residents and is located very close to the shopping centers developing around the outskirts of Palencia including Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks.
