There are some Jacksonville area subdivions that we find are the most frequently requested Jacksonville subdivisions.  While there are far too many subdivions in Jacksonville to name them one by one, these are subdivisions we are often asked about.  There are many other wonderful subdivisions in the Jacksonville Florida real estate area that are not listed here.  While this list is not all inclusive, the communities on this list are some of the larger communities in the Jacksonville and St. Johns county areas.

St. Johns County Subdivisions

Nocatee  The Town of Nocatee FL is located south of Jacksonville in St Johns County.  This massive planned development is situated between US 1 and the intracoastal waterway in Ponte Vedra FL, in northern St Johns County. Nocatee is made up of distinct neighborhoods which include: Coastal Oaks at Nocatee, Austin Park, Willowcove, Kelly Pointe, Riverwood, Greenleaf Village and Tidewater. Nocatee homes for sale are available both as resales and from Jacksonville new home builders.
