We see it all of the time.  Buyers drive around to builders who are so busy they can't even answer basic questions for buyers.  This is not because the reps do not care.  This is because they are overwhelmed with other buyers doing the same thing.  We have built relationships with many new home reps in the area.  We have many of the floor plans and pricing details on file and can help you cut to the chase.  We can help you focus on the communities, builders and floor plans that meet your needs.  All without you using any gas money to drive around.  And when you get ready to look, we can use our gas!  :-)

How much does it cost for us to represent you when you buy new homes in Ponte Vedra FL?

The simple fact is we do this every day.  We know the different builders and how they work.  No matter how good your negotiation skills, it is rare for a home buyer not to be somewhat emotional when they are negotiating a deal for their personal home.  There is no room for emotion when you are trying to get the best house at the best price.  We provide a buffer to you in the negotiations and throughout the transactions. 

I will pay more for the Ponte Vedra new home if I use an agent.  Can't I can negotiate for less if I'm not using one?
