The Lim Team is a team of REALTORs serving the Northeast Florida areas of Jacksonville and St. Augustine.
The Lim Team helps buyers purchase homes in the Ponte Vedra Beach FL and Jacksonville FL area. With decades of expertise in new homes and resale homes, we can help buyers locate the home that is perfect for them. We are familiar with Jacksonville new home builders, and can help you purchase a new home as well as a resale home.
The Lim Team works with sellers that have equity as well as those who don't. We have extensive education and experience in Jacksonville short sales and obtaining short sale approvals for sellers who need to sell but can not sell their home for what they owe.
The Lim Team also understands the distressed property market and has the knowledge and expertise to help buyers purchase a foreclosure or short sale.

Stephanie graduated from college with a BBA in accounting and quickly obtained her Certified Public Accountant designation. Stephanie spent six years as a CPA, working with large international professional services firms specializing in tax consulting before transitioning totally into real estate.
Stephanie's professional background is evident in the way she works and the way she deals with her clients and customers. Stephanie remains a CPA. She is also an ePro, certified in internet professionalism.
Stephanie has also served as a Team Leader for Keller Williams, managing the agents in a Keller Williams real estate office.
Stephanie left public accounting to start selling real estate in the Northern Virginia area in 2002. Her career got off to a rapid start, successfully selling real estate with Re/Max. Stephanie then subsequently moved back to the Jacksonville area in the summer of 2004 where she joined Keller Williams. In 2011 she joined Re/Max Unlimitied in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
When she is not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her five kids: Taylor, Brooke, Grace, Bella and Emmie.
