County road 210 is located in the Northwestern quadrant of St. Johns County.  The 210 Corridor is  a road stretching from close to the St. Johns River to the ocean. The "210 Corridor" considered to be the area on the western side of I-95, is the wide four-lane portion of the road running from I-95 a few miles west.

A very important tip for those considering St. Johns county real estate off of 210 is that you can't place too much importance on the city names attributed to northwest St. Johns County real estate. On the south side of county road 210 you have "St. Augustine" with a 32092 zip code. On the north side of county road 210, with the zip code 32259, the mailing address has been "Jacksonville" for years. Interestingly enough, neither city names are correct "descriptions". Jacksonville does not officially extend into St. Johns County. As development grew south into St. Johns County from Duval the city name just went with it. Just recently the north side of the 210 corridor in the 32259 zip code was renamed St. Johns Florida. The south side remains St. Augustine Florida which seems odd considering the north side is closer to Jacksonville than the south side is to St. Augustine.
 
For those who don't like to be far from restaurants and shopping, 210 can now provide you with the luxury of multiple options. When you buy real estate off of 210 now, you have many options. For groceries you have a Publix in the Johns Creek shopping center as well as the Winn Dixie. If you are not a fan of cooking, you have many restaurant choices from your home. You can chose from American, Chinese, Italian, Fast Food, Japanese with new restaurants opening their doors at record pace. A few of the options available now to those buying St. Johns county real estate off of 210:
